I have been working in the field of usability and marketing communication for over 20 years, of which the last 8 years have been focused entirely on internet marketing.
Between 2000 and 2003 I was Head of Information Architecture at Publicis in London, where I planned the architecture for high profile public websites and online campaigns.
Since 2003, I have been running my successful internet marketing consultancy, Fen Digital, focusing initially on the Cambridge area prior to relocating to Exeter.
Current clients include Queens’ College Cambridge, Baufritz, and Admiral Homespace.
